Very soft conductive Rubber for medical, military and automotive industries, where less closure force is required
Standard electrically conductive rubbers on the market are generally not soft enough. A lot of tension is placed on the seal as a result when tightening the housing or the lid.
For applications where no extreme force is allowed, we offer a super durable and ultra-soft conductive rubber. This material is used in medical, military and automotive industries. It is also widely used in commercial products that require EMI suppression, grounding, or static discharge. This product suitable for applications where environmental or watertight seal is required and less closure force is needed.
The 5200 ultra-soft conductive rubber can be ordered in different thicknesses. We apply several layers of the rubber to get the right thickness.
Standard thickness of the 5200 are 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.2, 3.0, 3.5 and 5.0 mm.
Thicknesses of 10, 12, 14, 15, 16, 18, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 50, 60, 75 mm available with re-enforcements in the middle. Other thicknesses on request
