EMI gaskets and EMI/IP gaskets with cutouts for easy bending around corners
We can cut all our EMI-shielding profiles and gaskets (Amucor shield 6800 series, Standard shield 7000 series, Ultra-soft shield 7400 series, EMC/IP gaskets 7300 series and much more) into any desired shape.
For instance, it is possible to cut out small bites in positions you specify so that the gasket becomes easy to bend (see picture on the right). It is also possible to cut out squares or circles for easy mounting or positioning during assembly.
Cutting out small bites can even be done in gaskets with water sealing, without breaking the water seal. The result is an easily bent EMI gasket with water seal so that corners can be made simply without the waterseal being interrupted (IP65).
